Terms and conditions
Dear guests,
We aren’t really big on rules, but we have furnished B&B Kasteel Doornenburg with great care, passion, and creativity, and we appreciate it when our guests value this and treat the rooms and the rest of the building accordingly.
That is why there are still a few rules we would like to agree upon with you.
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all guests and users of B&B Kasteel Doornenburg, located at Kerkstraat 27-A, 6686 BS Doornenburg.
By entering into a booking agreement, these terms and conditions come into effect and the guest agrees to these terms.
Reservations can only be made by persons who are at least 18 years of age and have a fixed place of residence.
B&B Kasteel Doornenburg cannot be held liable for damage, loss, or theft of guests’ property.
Damage to or loss of movable and immovable property belonging to our accommodation must be reported to us immediately by guests and, if necessary and requested by us, must be compensated by the guests responsible.
In the event of a violation of these terms and conditions, failure to follow instructions, or non-compliance with the house rules and/or in the case of inappropriate behavior, we may deny and/or refuse the guest(s) concerned access to our accommodation with immediate effect, or remove them from our accommodation, without refund of the booking fees paid.
2. Booking confirmation
The rental agreement can be entered into verbally, by telephone, in writing, or by e-mail. After receiving a reservation request, we will send a confirmation (naturally, only if the desired room(s) is/are available).
Our terms and conditions apply to booking confirmations.
3. Payment
The accommodation costs (minus any deposits received) must be paid at least 30 days before the check-in date. (This condition can be waived in consultation.)

Current rates are listed at www.herbergdedoornenburg.nl/benb.
4. Cancellation
If guests are unexpectedly unable to fulfill the reservation agreement, they should report this as soon as possible so that the vacated date can be offered to other potential guests.
The following provisions apply to cancellations:
- Cancellation up to 14 days before the check-in date is free of charge. Any (down) payment received will then be fully refunded.
- For cancellations up to 7 days before the check-in date, 50% of the booking amount is due.
- For cancellations from 7 days before the check-in date, 100% of the booking amount is due.

Deviation from the above times is possible in consultation.
In the event of early departure, no refund of paid amounts will be given.
6. Breakfast

8. Finally.
We find it very important that all our guests feel at home.
Our accommodation is accessible to our guests 24 hours a day during the reservation period.
Taking each other into account, no smoking, no open fires, keeping rooms and hallways tidy, and no unnecessary noise are matters of course to us, and we hope our guests feel the same way.
We wish you a very pleasant and relaxing stay.
