Von Delwig room

The Von Delwig room is a charming, romantic room featuring a blend of authentic details and modern finishes. The comfortable bed takes center stage, and the warm atmosphere makes this the ideal spot for an intimate stay for two.

The room features a double box-spring bed, air conditioning, smart TV, safe, and a luxurious private bathroom with a rain shower and toilet. You look out onto the castle’s atmospheric courtyard. In the hallway, there is a pantry where you can get coffee, tea, and water, and note down any chilled drinks you take. You can also relax in the reading nook or on the terrace by the old cattle shed. Breakfast will be ready for you in the inn, either inside or under the stretch tent.

Our rooms are named after people and families connected to the history of the castle. The Von Delwig room refers to a German noble family who became involved with the Dutch nobility through marriage and held temporary influence in Doornenburg. The room exudes understated elegance and international flair.
